Everyone’s body is different and some people adjust to a new mattress faster than others. We want to be sure you have the time to get your best night's sleep, every night.
How It Works
1. Purchase any mattress from one of our stores, website, chat, or by phone.
2. Utilizing our In-Home Delivery service, we will deliver your mattress and set it up in your home.
3. When necessary, due to COVID-19, curbside or door delivery is preferred. Your 90 night trial begins here.
4. Sleep on your new mattress for at least 21 nights. No mattress exchanges will be allowed within the first 21 days. If you're not happy, call or visit the store where you made your original purchase to speak with your salesperson to resolve any concerns within the first 90 days from when your mattress was delivered
Terms and Conditions
• Offer good for orders placed directly from a Matthews Mattress location or our website
• You may exchange your mattress ONCE. No full refunds are allowed on any product once delivered.
• A redelivery fee of $99 AND a restocking fee of 10% of the original cost of your mattress will apply. Restocking fee not to exceed $250. (This does not include re-delivery fee.)
• If you are still not completely satisfied with your mattress after one exchange, we MAY (at management’s discretion) offer you a refund. A redelivery fee of $99 AND a restocking fee of 20% of the original cost of your mattress will apply. Restocking fee not to exceed $500. (This does not include re-delivery fee.)
• A $69 delivery fee WILL APPLY when exchanging a foundation.
• Offer valid 90 days from the original mattress delivery date.
• Any stains, tears, rips, snags, or odors (such as smoke or pet) or foreign materials (like hair or lint), as well as removing the law tag, will VOID your comfort guarantee and possibly your manufacturer's warranty.
• The best way to help avoid stains, etc. is to purchase or use a waterproof mattress protector and is highly recommended.
